Scope of application:
The QBJ cup protrusion tester designed according to the international standard ISO1520 and the national standard GB/T9753-88 is suitable for evaluating the performance of coatings (single-layer or matching system coatings) of paints, varnishes, and related products in resisting cracking or separation from metal substrates after gradually deforming under standard conditions. The test can be conducted according to the specified indentation depth to evaluate whether the coating passes or fails. The indentation depth can also be gradually increased to determine the minimum depth at which the coating begins to crack or detach from the substrate.

Instrument principle:
It mainly consists of four parts: pressure film component, speed change component, machine base component, and pressure depression value digital display component.
The instrument adopts manual loading, star wheel system variable speed, sensor measurement, automatic testing, and digital display of indentation depth value.
